Terms of Service

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please inform me right away, if you are ok with glueing parts together let me know. Replacement parts or a complete reprint of the item can be done if needed, I may require shipping.

If a painted model arrives damaged, contact me right away as there are options we can take. DO NOT start glueing things together unless you're sure you can fix it. Replacement parts or complete reprint of the item can be done if needed. You will receive a 50% refund of the model if you chose to get a replacement for a painted model.

If you want a full refund for a damaged item, you need to contact me within seven (7) business days of receiving the item. Please send pictures of the damage and if you do not want a replacement and do not want to try to fix it on your own, then this is what needs to be done. The item will need to be returned if within the United States, at the cost of shipping being the responsibility of purchaser. Once the model is received, a full refund of purchase price minus the original shipping fees will be issued. If you contact me after a week a full refund is not guarantied, exceptions can be made under certain circumstances. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Returns & Exchanges:

Returns should be within 20 days of receiving the item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping. A return will be issued after the items is received.

You will be refunded the total of the item minus shipping. If the item is damaged in the return shipping more may be deducted from the refund amount. Please be sure to insure the package for your own security.
If the item is being exchanged a refund will be issued if the new item is lrss or an invoice will be sent if it is more.

Cancelations:

Cancelations are required within seven (7) days of order placement for a full refund. After seven (7) days an adjusted refund will be done, a 25% fee is applied. A custom order where a third-party contractor was commissioned, the commission fees for the third parts is nonrefundable. Cancelations and returns only apply to my work fees for the order.
If I have to cancel for any reason, then a full refund will be given.

Reservations:

A fifty-dollar ($50) deposit per model is required. You need to cancel a reservation before the 10th of the month before the reservations is set to get a refund. If it is after the 10th of the month prior, then there will be no refund of the deposit.
